Hospitality Recruitment Heads are a caring and professional recruitment agency located in the South East of England. We specialise predominantly in providing staff for festivals and large events. Amongst our management team we have over thirty years’ experience in the hospitality sector.

We provide efficient recruitment services to candidates and clients, making sure there is a personal touch throughout every stage of the process. We offer a range of fully trained bar managers, bar staff, bar support and stock controllers. Our leading team have had a very busy summer breaking records for our clients including Europe’s biggest Pride Festival (90,000 capacity) to Victorious Festival and Noughty 90s Festival (Newcastle, Brighton, Cardiff). We also supply staff to local bar and nightclubs and we are planning for our 2023 calendar to be the busiest yet.
